How to delete Vrid account?

To delete your data, you can follow any of two methods:

1. To delete your Vrid account, open the Vrid Android app, tap on your profile icon, select "Account Details" from the "General" section, expand the "Advanced Options" section, tap on the "Delete Account" button, and confirm your decision to delete your account. Once confirmed, your account information will be permanently removed from our servers.

2. Please mail us at admin@vrid.in from your registered email id. We will make sure to delete all your records within 14 days from receiving the email. Please note that deleting data is irrevesible and cannot be undone. All your transactions and investments data will be deleted from our servers.

What data will be retained in case of account deletion?

Vrid will delete all your transactions, investments and account data data except following:

1. Anonymous merchant data synced from your device if you have enabled "Help Improve Categorization" from privacy screen

2. Messages reported by you from Profile -> Report Messages screen. These messages are masked and does not contain any personally identifiable information. They will be deleted within 30 days from reported date from our systems.
